In March 2023, Path2Redemption forged a partnership with The Credible Messenger Mentoring Movement (CM3), a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping youth and families break the cycle and long-term impact of justice system involvement.
our approach
The impact of mentorship is depicted as a source of guidance and a beacon of support during both triumphs and tribulations. Our mentors each have a unique mentoring style of training. They use their own experiences to convey a realistic, positive, and uplifting message. When speaking with the youth, instead of imposing a specific way of life, we listen and allow them to develop a blueprint to navigate their journey. We empower them to focus on the tools they will need as they embrace their Path2Redemption!
Our contributions
When our mentors show up, it builds a bond with the youth. As a result of our mentoring programs, the youth develop a sense of trust. It's possible to:
- change how they view themselves
- help redirect their path
- give them insight into what a productive future looks like
- save another juvenile from entering into prison

The Path2Redemption Anthology introduces readers to a diverse array of individuals who have dedicated themselves to illuminating the path for the next generation. Through their narratives, mentors share their challenges, triumphs, and invaluable lessons learned from guiding youth through the maze of choices.

Path2Redemption Mentors support and empower youth in their personal development. You will lead conflict resolution sessions, facilitate restorative justice circles, and provide group mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate group mentoring sessions, encouraging open dialogue, trust, and personal growth.
- Lead restorative justice circles, fostering empathy, accountability, and conflict resolution.
- Guide youth to develop essential life skills and promote positive behavioral changes and self-awareness.
- Build solid and supportive relationships with youth, understanding their unique challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with Path2Redemption’s team to track progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in youth development, conflict resolution, restorative justice practices, or group facilitation.
- We are committed to creating a safe, respectful environment that inspires change and growth.
- Able to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds with patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
- I am reliable, have a strong work ethic, and am committed to Path2Redemption’s mission.
